1. Acceptance of These Terms

By registering an account on hbbd.ws, depositing funds, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you and hbbd. If you do not accept them, you must close your account and stop using the platform.

These terms are written in English and the English version governs in all cases. Any translation provided is for convenience only.

2. Who Can Open an Account

You must meet all of the following conditions to hold an hbbd account:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are accessing hbbd from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list that covers hbbd or its partners.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for another person.
• You have not previously had an hbbd account that was permanently closed for rule violations.

3. Your Account Obligations

One account per person

Each player may hold only one active hbbd account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, or the same device — is a violation. hbbd will merge or close duplicate accounts and may cancel any bonuses claimed across them.

Accurate information

You must provide truthful and current personal details when you register. If your information changes (phone number, payment method, address), update your profile promptly. Accounts with false details are subject to suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

Keep your credentials secure

Your login password is your responsibility. Do not share it. hbbd will not be liable for losses that result from unauthorised access due to your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect a breach, contact [email protected] immediately.

4. Deposits and Payment Rules

hbbd accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in BDT. The following limits apply:

You must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed. hbbd does not accept credit cards or crypto at this time.

5. Withdrawals and Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, hbbd requires identity verification (KYC). You must submit one valid government-issued document: National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence. The review takes up to 12 hours. Plan ahead — submit your documents before you request a withdrawal to avoid delays.

hbbd may request additional supporting documents if a transaction appears unusual. Withdrawal requests that do not meet KYC requirements will be held until verification is complete.

6. Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses offered by hbbd — including the welcome deposit bonus — are subject to the following standard conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• The first deposit bonus is 165% on your first qualifying deposit, up to ৳11,500.
• Bonus funds must be wagered 12 times before you can withdraw them or any winnings derived from them.
• Bonus funds are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• Only one welcome bonus applies per person, per household, per payment account, and per device.
• hbbd reserves the right to cancel a bonus if it suspects abuse, bonus stacking, or use of automated tools.
• The reload bonus is 11% on eligible subsequent deposits. Separate terms are communicated at the time of the promotion.
• Daily cashback of 1.0% is calculated on net losses for the previous day and credited automatically.

7. Fair Play and Game Rules

All games on hbbd use certified random number generators (RNG) where applicable. Live dealer games are operated by licensed providers including Evolution, CQ9, PG Soft, Sexy Gaming, FA Chai, and Spribe. The published RTP figures for each game are determined by the provider and are accurate at the time of publication.

You play for entertainment. hbbd cannot guarantee outcomes. By placing a bet you accept that you may lose the full amount staked. The outcome of each round is independent of previous rounds.

Bet limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet — displayed on the game screen before you play. Placing bets outside these limits may result in the bet being voided. For sports markets, odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly forbidden on hbbd. Violations may lead to immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors — if you encounter one, report it to support immediately.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity (money laundering).
• Opening accounts on behalf of another person or accepting payment to place bets.
• Abusing the bonus system by creating multiple accounts or coordinating deposits to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Reverse-engineering or scraping any part of the hbbd platform.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

hbbd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to suspect a rules violation. During a suspension, pending withdrawals are held pending investigation.

If your account is closed due to a confirmed violation, any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited activity are forfeited. Real-money balances from genuine deposits will be returned after a review period, unless they are linked to fraudulent funds.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. If you close your account for responsible gaming reasons, hbbd will apply a cooling-off period before allowing reopening.

10. Our Liability to You

hbbd provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. hbbd is not liable for:

• Losses caused by internet outages, device failures, or connectivity issues on your end.
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Financial losses resulting from your own betting decisions.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

11. How We Update These Terms

hbbd may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we will also send a notice to your registered email address.

Continued use of hbbd after the revised terms are posted means you accept the new version. If you disagree with a change, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the new terms take effect.
