What Does hbbd Need From You?
The registration form has four fields. Here is exactly what each field expects, why it matters, and what happens if the format is wrong.
| Field | Format Required | Why It Matters | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mobile Number | 11-digit Bangladesh mobile, starts with 01 (e.g. 01712345678) | This is your account username and the number hbbd will use to verify deposits and withdrawals. | One account per phone number. Use a number linked to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet. |
| Password | Minimum 8 characters. Mix letters and numbers. No spaces. | Protects your funds. A weak password increases the risk of unauthorised access. | Avoid using your phone number or date of birth as your password. Write it down somewhere safe. |
| Confirm Password | Must match the password field exactly. | Prevents typos that would lock you out of your own account immediately after registration. | Use the eye icon to reveal both fields side by side before submitting. |
| Referral Code | Alphanumeric code from a friend (optional). | When you enter a valid referral code, the referring member receives ৳425 as a referral bonus. | Completely optional. Leave blank if you do not have one. It cannot be added after registration. |
| Terms Agreement | Checkbox must be ticked to submit the form. | Confirms you are 18 or older and understand the site rules, privacy policy, and responsible gaming guidelines. | Read the Terms & Conditions before ticking. The checkbox is mandatory — the form will not submit without it. |
KYC (identity verification) is not required at registration. You will need to submit one government ID before your first withdrawal. See the hbbd Withdrawal & KYC Guide for details.
Claim the Welcome Bonus After Registration
The 165% welcome bonus is activated automatically on your first deposit. You do not need to enter a promo code — just register, deposit, and the bonus is credited.
What Happens Right After You Register?
Registration creates your account. These four things should happen within the first hour to get your account fully ready.
Make Your First Deposit
Open the Deposit page and choose bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. The minimum is ৳400. Funds arrive in your account within 5 minutes in most cases. Your 165% bonus is credited automatically at the same time — no extra steps needed.
Prepare Your KYC Documents
KYC is not required to play, but it must be completed before your first withdrawal. Accepted documents: National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence. The review takes up to 12 hours. Submit early so your first withdrawal goes through smoothly. See the hbbd Withdrawal & KYC Guide.
Download the hbbd App
The hbbd Android App (version 3.5.19, 45 MB, requires Android 8.0 or above) is free to install. It loads faster than the browser and gives you push notifications for live matches and bonus updates. Download it immediately after registering.
Explore the Game Lobby
hbbd has over 3,100 games from providers including Evolution, PG Soft, CQ9, Spribe, FA Chai, and Sexy Gaming. Cricket and football markets are live during BPL, IPL, T20, and ODI seasons. Visit hbbd Casino to browse all categories before your first bet.
Step-by-Step Registration Walkthrough
Follow these four steps exactly. The whole process takes under two minutes on a phone with a stable internet connection.
-
Open the hbbd Register Page
Go to hbbd.ws/hbbd-register/ on your phone browser or inside the hbbd App. If you are already on this page, scroll up to the form. Make sure you have a stable connection — 4G or Wi-Fi both work. If the page loads slowly, try clearing your browser cache and refreshing.
-
Fill in Your Mobile Number and Password
Enter your 11-digit Bangladesh mobile number (starting with 01) in the first field. This number must be active and linked to your mobile banking wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Then choose a strong password of at least 8 characters — a mix of letters and numbers is best. Re-enter it in the Confirm Password field to avoid typos.
-
Add Referral Code (Optional) and Tick the Terms
If a friend referred you to hbbd, enter their referral code now. This credits them with ৳425 bonus — but it does not affect your own welcome bonus. Leave the field blank if you do not have one. Then tick the checkbox to confirm you are 18 or older and you agree to the Terms & Conditions. The form cannot be submitted without this step.
-
Submit and Make Your First Deposit
Tap Register Now. Your account is created instantly. You will land on the main lobby. Go to the Deposit section, choose your payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay), and deposit at least ৳400. The 165% bonus — up to ৳11,500 — is added to your balance automatically within minutes. See the hbbd Deposit Guide if you need help with the first transaction.
Common Registration Errors and How to Fix Them
If the form does not submit or you see an error message, check this table first before contacting support. Most problems take under 30 seconds to resolve.
| Error / Symptom | Likely Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| "Phone number already registered" | You or someone else has already registered this number on hbbd. Each phone number can only be used for one account. | Go to hbbd Login and use the Forgot Password option to recover your existing account. If you think this is an error, contact Live Chat with your number ready. |
| "Passwords do not match" | A typo in either the Password or Confirm Password field. This happens most often when typing on a small phone keyboard. | Tap the eye icon on both password fields to reveal the text. Check they match character for character — including any capital letters or numbers — then resubmit. |
| Form does not submit after tapping "Register Now" | Either the Terms checkbox is unticked, or a required field is empty. The browser highlights the first problem field in red. | Scroll up to find the highlighted field. Tick the Terms checkbox if that is the issue. Fill in any empty required field. Try submitting again. If still stuck, try a different browser (Chrome on Android works best). |
| Page not loading or keeps spinning | Slow internet connection or a temporary server issue. This usually clears up within a few minutes. | Switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi or vice versa. Clear your browser cache (Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data) and reload. If the problem persists for more than 10 minutes, contact support at [email protected]. |
| Bonus not credited after first deposit | The welcome bonus applies only to the very first deposit. If you deposited without being logged in, or used a method not on the list, the bonus may not trigger automatically. | Check your bonus balance in the account dashboard. Deposits usually settle within 5 minutes. If the bonus is missing after 15 minutes, open a Live Chat session with your transaction reference number and the support team will apply it manually. |
Questions Players Ask Before Signing Up at hbbd
Is hbbd registration free, and do I need to verify my identity first?
Registering is completely free. You do not need to submit any identity documents to open an account or start playing. KYC (identity verification) is only required before your first withdrawal. At that point, you will need to submit one document: your National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence. The review takes up to 12 hours. Plan ahead and submit your document as soon as you make your first deposit so it is approved by the time you want to withdraw.
Can I register using my bKash number?
Yes — and this is the recommended approach. Enter your bKash (or Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) registered mobile number as your account phone number. This keeps your payment method and account identity aligned, which speeds up the KYC process later. You can still use any supported payment method for deposits regardless of which number you register with, but matching the number simplifies everything.
What is the minimum I need to deposit after registering to get the bonus?
The minimum deposit to unlock the 165% welcome bonus is ৳400. That is also the site-wide minimum deposit amount. At ৳400, your bonus would be ৳660, giving you a total of ৳1,060 to play with. The bonus is capped at ৳11,500, so to receive the full maximum bonus you would need to deposit ৳6,970 (165% of ৳6,970 ≈ ৳11,500). The wagering requirement is 12× the bonus amount, and you have 7 days to meet it.
I forgot the password I set at registration. How do I recover it?
Go to the hbbd Login page and look for the Forgot Password option. You will be asked to confirm your registered mobile number, after which a reset link or OTP is sent to your phone. If you do not receive it within 2 minutes, check whether your phone has signal, or whether the number you entered matches the one you registered with. Still stuck? Open Live Chat — the team is available 24/7 and can verify your identity through other means.
Can I register on mobile, or do I need a computer?
Mobile registration works perfectly — the entire hbbd website is designed for phone use first. Android users can also download the hbbd App (version 3.5.19, 45 MB, free) and register directly inside the app, which is slightly faster than the browser. The app requires Android 8.0 or above. iOS users can register through the mobile browser at hbbd.ws — the experience is the same.
Is my personal and payment information safe when I register?
All data transmitted during registration and login is protected by SSL encryption — the same standard used by online banks. hbbd does not store your bKash or Nagad PIN anywhere on its servers; payment credentials are handled entirely by the mobile banking provider. For your own safety, use a unique password that you do not use on other sites, and avoid registering on public Wi-Fi networks. If you ever suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Live Chat immediately so the team can lock the account while you reset credentials.
